TRAINING SCHOOL TRANSLACORE 2025 - Program.pdf

These 4 days will encompass a combination of sessions focused on Theorical Training, Practical Training, Analytical Training and Data Analysis.

This training course will equip researchers with essential knowledge and skills in RNA mass spectrometry, covering the fundamentals of RNA modifications, the basics of RNA mass spectrometry, and an overview of its applications, particularly in clinical settings. In addition, the course will offer hands-on practical sessions on sample preparation and data analysis using dedicated software tools.

**APPLICATION INSTRUCTION :**

-	Selection criteria/evaluation : Ongoing or future projet research involving epitranscriptomics
-	Audience : Researchers at different career stages are eligible to apply to the training school. Priority will be given to early career researchers.

**FINANCIAL SUPPORT :**

The training school is organized under funding from TRANSLACORE COST Action. The financial support includes the reimbursement of travel fees + a Daily Allowance of 195€ per day of attendance and transferred after the completion of the Training School. Participants need to be registered on the e-cost platform and be part of COST action TRANSLACORE (CA21154). After being accepted to the training school, participants will receive an official invitation from e-COST.
