In this session, Dr. Jabouille will present a practical, step-by-step framework based on the SOP development strategy implemented within the WG2 of the Translacore. The presentation will walk through key steps including expert identification, protocol collection, template harmonization and how the advent of AI-tools can support SOP drafting. This session will provide both strategic and operational insights for those looking to initiate or improve SOPs harmonization efforts in their own scientific communities.

**Abstract:** Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are essential tools for ensuring reproducibility, quality control, and cross-laboratory comparability in biomedical research. However, building robust, harmonized SOPs that can be implemented across multiple institutions, often governed by different national regulations and technical practices, remains a major challenge.
