Are you ready to advance your career in cancer research? We are looking for 14 motivated Doctoral Candidates (DC) to join a multidisciplinary programme in epitranscriptomics. Candidates will gain expertise in RNA modifications, rigorous doctoral training, and professional development to succeed in academia or other scientific careers. They will join a Europe-wide research network, collaborating with top universities, institutes, and biotech companies to contribute to the next generation of innovative cancer therapies.

EURECA — the European Epitranscriptomics of Cancer Academy — is a training and research programme focused on RNA modifications in cancer. These chemical changes to RNA, once overlooked, are now recognised as important drivers of cancer initiation and progression. By studying them, EURECA researchers aim to improve early detection, prediction, and treatment focusing on prostate cancer, neuroblastoma and glioma.
