Postdoctoral offer in Italy - Computational analysis

Research Fellowship (assegno per la collaborazione ad attività di ricerca), within the project “PRIN 2022”, CUP: E53D23004920006, identification code 2022R8R3LB named “Bioinformatic and molecular analyses for the identification of snoRNA retaining transcripts (snoRTs)” by Department CIBIO.

He/She will work on the computational analysis of data related to snoRNA and post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression in general, in the frame of a PRIN 2022 project and in collaboration with Prof. Alberto Inga (CIBIO) and Prof. Lorenzo Montanaro (University of Bologna). Deadline 16/12/2024, 12.00.

Mixed molecular biology/computational biology or molecular biology-only profiles with experience in RNA molecular biology (preferentially in cancer models) will also be considered, even if without computational skills.
