**Mission**

The person recruited will be responsible for leading a collaborative research project funded by INCa: **RnaSIST – Implication of translational regulation by the ribosome in drug resistance in lung adenocarcinoma: towards therapeutic targeting of RNAs**. The aim of this project is to identify translationally regulated mRNAs and chemical modifications of ribosomal RNA mediated by snoRNAs, and to determine whether these RNAs are involved in resistance to
tyrosine kinase inhibitors in non-small cell lung cancer. The candidate will be based in the “Ribosome, Translation and Cancer” team, headed by Jean-
Jacques Diaz, at the Cancer Research Centre of Lyon, and will work in the group led by Virginie Marcel.
